Experiencing creativity directed to designing meaningful propositions, i.e. propositions that tell a story, that trigger values and emotions, that make people think, and that are positive for the environment and for society.
2) Food Design Thinking
Experiencing the creative process for those designing with and for food, a process that leads to designing beyond the product, or beyond the dish, and towards environmental, social, and spiritual sustainability.
