ABOUT
The Online School of Food Design was founded in 2016 by Francesca Zampollo in order to provide the first online space for education on the Food Design discipline. Since then Francesca has designed and taught various online courses, workshops, and programs. Jashan Sippy joined the direction of the school between 2021 and 2023. Francesca continues to create and teach courses and workshops, and create resources to help people navigate this discipline and facilitate its development.
